The Baggage and Personal Effects benefit provides coverage for fees associated with the replacement of Your passport and visas which are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed during Your Trip. *
If you lose your passport:
- Contact the 24/7 assistance line located on the back of your card. They will direct you to the nearest embassy to obtain a new passport.
- Make sure to save all documents and receipts for the expenses you incur to replace your passport.
- When you get home, report your claim here. Our staff will follow up with you within 24 business hours with instructions to file a claim.
